We won’t be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, strikes, or courier/logistics disruptions. We’ll use reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Quirks.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnity will survive any such termination.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Quirks regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior understanding on the subject. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

• Eligibility & Order Acceptance

Displaying a product on the Site is an invitation, not a binding offer. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion, for example, due to a pricing error, stock unavailability, or a suspected fraudulent order, without liability to you. Once accepted and dispatched, the order is deemed confirmed.

• Payment

We currently offer two ways to pay, processed securely:

• Full Prepaid - full payment at checkout, eligible for a prepaid discount

• Partial COD - some amount is paid upfront, with the remaining balance collected on delivery

We don’t store your full card or payment credentials on our servers. Refund terms for the partial-COD deposit are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

• Delivery

Products are currently delivered only within India, to a complete and valid address supplied by you. Delivery is carried out through our logistics partner. Quirks is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, or by circumstances within the courier’s handling once the shipment has left our facility, though we’ll assist in resolving such issues on a best-effort basis. By placing an order, you authorize us to share your contact and delivery details with our shipping partner for the purpose of fulfilling that order.

• Modifications to an Order

Once an order is placed, changes can only be requested before it enters processing. Any modification request must be made in writing to our support team; verbal or phone requests must be followed up in writing to be valid.

• Title & Taxes

Ownership of a product transfers to you once it has been dispatched. Applicable taxes on your order are borne by you and reflected in the price shown at checkout.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. This Site is operated from our registered office in Mumbai, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
